1. How do I get in contact with the club team?
We're adding answers all the time, but if you can’t find what you’re looking for please e-mail your enquiry to info@fitness4less.org. Alternatively, come and see us at reception, where our friendly staff are more than willing to help.2. Can I visit to look around? Do I need an appointment?
Yes. You are welcome to come and have a look around any time and no an appointment is not necessary. Our opening hours are:Mon – Fri 6.30am – 9.00pm
Sat 9.00am – 5.00pm
Sun 10.00am – 4.00pm
3. Where is the gym located?

There is no catch…we offer an incredible facility at an incredible price! All the equipment, classes and space you need to feel great.5. If I sign up today can I work out?
Yes, when you join you will receive immediate confirmation of your membership sent to your e-mail address. As soon you are a member you are welcome to use the gym facilities.6. Do I have to have an induction?
An induction with a highly qualified personal trainer is included within the joining price. To book a place, enter the ‘Member Area’ of the website. Then select ‘Book an Induction.’However, as you have completed a medical questionnaire whilst joining an induction is not compulsory. You are more than welcome to use the gym once you have joined.
7. Why is there a joining fee?
Your administration fee covers all joining costs; your first session with a highly qualified personal trainer; issues you with your biometrics scanned fingerprint record and pin number; and also covers your first month's membership.8. Why is a 3 month (quarterly) membership more expensive than a monthly Direct Debit?
The 3 month membership package is designed for members who do not have, or would prefer not to pay via the Direct Debit facility, and is still very competitively priced at less than £30 per month. Most other gyms charge more than double this.9. Can I pay cash?
If you do not have a credit or debit card for the initial payment, please visit the club reception and explain your situation, your initial payment can be taken over the counter. However, all monthly memberships require members to pay via Direct Debit and you will require a Direct Debit facility on your bank account.10. What are the different types of memberships available?

11. Can I put my membership on hold or frozen? Can it be transferred to another person or refunded?
No, memberships cannot be placed on hold, frozen, transferred to another person or refunded. If you are paying by monthly direct debit there is no contract, no maximum or minimum term, just stay as long as you wish, continuing to pay by direct debt.12. Are there any student/group discounts available?
No. We believe our prices are extremely competitive and are therefore non-negotiable! The prices listed under the ‘Join Now’ tab of the website are our set membership types.13. Do you have a swimming pool?
No, there is no swimming pool at fitness4lessHowever, we do have 7 different workout environments including a mixed gym, ladies only gym, free weights area, night club cardio area, aerobics & spinning studios, dance studio and luxury changing rooms & saunas.

15. How do I book classes?
Please select the 'Member Area' tab on the website, and then select 'Member Services.'Continue to follow the instructions. All 'fitness' classes, such as aerobics, aero tone, bodytone, circuits, fitball, spin and step are included within the membership price.
Specialist classes such as pole dancing, street dance, hip hop, pilates and yoga cost an additional fee paid directly to the class instructor. These classes have ‘studio rental’ written underneath them on the timetable.
16. How do I book my free personal training session?
Personal trainers conduct our free gym induction sessions. This provides an opportunity to meet and book your free personal session. Alternatively, please visit the ‘Personal Training’ tab on the website for more information and contact details.17. How do I get in touch with a Personal Trainer?
We have friendly, professional, highly qualified personal trainers on-site to boost your motivation and provide expert advice and guidance. Please visit the ‘Personal Training’ tab on the website for more information and contact details. Alternatively visit reception to see if they are available.18. Do I get a membership card?
Instead of a membership card, you will be issued a pin number and a biometrics scan will be taken of your fingerprint.19. I haven't received my logon and password, what do I do?
Please come and visit us at reception and we can look these up on our data base for you.20. I have lost my ID no?
Please come and visit us at reception and we can look these up on our data base for you.21. Can I visit the club anytime or are there restrictive usage times?
There are no time restrictions, such as on/off peak memberships. You are welcome to use the gym facilities during the following opening hours:Mon – Fri 6.30am – 9.00pm
Sat 9.00am – 5.00pm
Sun 10.00am – 4.00pm
22. Can I bring a friend?
Yes. Friends are welcome to use our facilities with a day pass priced £7.23. What notice period do I need to give to leave?
No notice period is necessary. Once you have terminated your membership on-line, it will take effect immediately.24. How do I cancel?
Send an E-mail to fitness4less@harlandsgroup.co.uk. Remember to quote your full name, login ID and reason for cancellation. Also, please cancel your Direct Debit with your bank. Your membership cancellation will take effect immediately and therefore your access will be prohibited on the same day. Should you decide to join again in the future you will start from scratch and pay a new joining fee.25. What does my online membership account offer me?
Our on-line facility is quick and easy to use. You are able to book an induction, book classes, enquire about our personal trainers, look at your account history, look at your payment history, take part in members surveys, change your personal contact details and read the terms and conditions of your membership.26. How do I logon to my online account?
You will need you login ID code, provided to you in your confirmation E-mail, and your password. Please see reception to be issued with a password. Once you have been issued your password, you can change it to something more memorable if you wish. Please keep your password information private and do not share it with anyone else.27. Are there any on-site tanning and beauty services?
Yes. We have a contemporary salon; 'The Beach' contains both 'stand-up' and 'lie down' sun beds. Our fully automated ‘California Sunless’ spray tan is personalised in store to ensure clients receive their ideal sun-kissed look, whilst our staff endeavour to provide a personal and private tanning experience like no other in Bristol.We also have a beautician providing waxing, massages and spa packages.

28. How do I make comments or suggestions to the club?
Here at Fitness4less we welcome any comments or suggestions about the club and the service we provide. Please E-mail info@fintness4less.org29. Do i have to have my finger print scanned... what about my privacy?
Yes, at Fitness4less your finger print is in effect your membership card, always with you, impossible to lose or swap with anyone else. But don't worry your data is stored in a highly secure location off site and the quality of the finger print we take is of such low resolution it would not be of use to any other party.
