Class Description

Circuits/S.A.Q:
A class designed to improve fitness, endurance and encourage full body toning.  Using various stations, which will work different muscle groups while continuously working your heart and lungs.

Aerotone:
A class which combines aerobics which is fantastic for weightloss and fitness, and a tone for full body sculpting.

Spin:
This class is perfect for improving fitness and burning fat.  The entire class takes place on a stationary bike with a resistance adjustment.  To music the instructor takes you through a variation of moves, there are different levels so if you’re a beginner try level 1.

Step:
A class designed to raise your heart rate and therefore improve your fitness whilst toning your whole body, in particular the lower half.

Body tone:
A class that concentrates solely on toning the entire body, using lightweights and floor exercises.

Fit Ball:
This class uses a fit ball to perform various toning exercises your able to tone your entire body whilst encouraging and strengthening the muscles in the abdominal and lower back region.

Funky Step
If you love choreography and a great workout then you will love these classes. An easy to follow yet challenging class that is effective around the use of a step. Particular emphasis is on working the legs but also on enhancing co-ordination skills to uplifting and energising music

Energy Rush
This class will boost your fitness by improving your cardio system, burn fat; improve your core and conditioning. A powerful class that is perfect to get rid of stress and improve fitness. Great fun for men and women; hand weights, a body bar and a fit ball are all that’s needed to get that energy rush!!

11.00 – 11.45 Step Conditioning sessions that tones and strengthens the legs via the use of combat moves on a step. It is designed
To take you to the next level and test you physically.

11.50 – 12:30 Leg & Buns in Spin City – This class has no ‘aerobics’ or choreography it is designed to give you maximum results with minimum brain drain. This easy to follow class works your leg, bum and abdominals on the floor and with a bike.

Pump to the Max/Barbell tone:
This class will seriously change your body shape, whilst improving stamina in all major muscle groups.  Set to music this class uses a barbell, and with each track you work a major muscle group.  Fun and very beneficial, suitable for all.

Adults Funk it up:
A fun and different way to improve your fitness whilst learning some funky hip hop dance moves.  Beginner’s welcome.

Pole Dancing:
A class, which will teach you to Pole dance right from the beginner’s stages, this class will also give you a full body workout.

Running Group:
Running group takes place outside with our Personal Trainer Joel.  Whether you want to improve on your technique or simply have some one to run outside with this class caters for every runners needs.

Shorinji Kempo
Shorinji Kempo is a Japanese martial art which includes self-defence, philosophy, meditation and massage. Shorinji Kempo techniques do not rely on strength or brute-force, which makes it suitable for all sizes of people.

Tri Workout:
With a Triathlon in mind this class is based around, running, rower, and biking.  Ideal for improving fitness and stamina, while promoting a full body tone and strength work out.
